Keles Hotel - Rize

Will come back if I go to Rize, truly enjoyed my REALLY GOOD stay. Clean place, staff are affable, location is absolutely perfect and best possible. Its rooms are large and cozy with comfort beds as well as presence of all necessary stuff as advertised.

The room was cozy with a large bed. the bathroom was clean. Having climate control, television, and a mini bar fridge in the room was very useful. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, a mosque, shopping centers, and a masjid. A nearby cafe and restaurant, Yali cafe & restaurant, is a great spot for tea or coffee.

Favourable and marvellous location, relatively close to Pileki Magarasi. Polite staff of the hotel. Spacious and cozy room with balcony, good offer: )

Upon arrival, our room was not yet cleaned, but the hotel staff quickly provided us with a new room and even offered a bowl of fresh fruit as an apology. While there was a language barrier with most of the staff, one employee who spoke English was helpful in arranging a bus trip for the remainder of our travels. The room itself was spacious, although a bit noisy due to its street-side location.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel near the sea, very close to the city center, and the best part was the friendly and cute staff. They took care of my luggage, served cay and coffee all the time and arranged for a private tour. The breakfast was very nice, with a nice selection of hot and cold dishes, and the kitchen staff even made a special dish for me.

This hotel in Rize is in a very good place, right in the city center. The staff is really nice and attentive, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and even a balcony. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast served on the top floor, offering fabulous views of the city.

All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast was great and the view from the top floor was amazing. , the location was really convenient, as it was close to the city center and we were able to walk to many places. the staff was friendly, which we appreciated.

We didn't have the best experience. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets didn't cover the whole bed, which was strange.

Had a blast at a cozy hotel in a small town during easter. Loved the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, as well as the delicious breakfast buffet, which included hot and cold dishes. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to many shops and restaurants. the parking space was a bonus.

The only downsides were the small elevator and the language barrier with the staff. It was challenging to communicate with them, and they only spoke Turkish, making it difficult to resolve any issues that arose.

The hotel location is ideal, being very close to the city center and the town square. the hotel is also situated near a mosque and market, which is very convenient for shopping. the sea is just a short walk away, providing beautiful views. the room was spacious and cozy, with rapid heating and all necessary amenities provided. the breakfast served was delicious, and the staff was very helpful.

Some minor maintenance issues were observed in the bathroom, with malfunctioning equipment.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Eastern Turkey. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of hot and cold dishes. The hotel also offered excellent services, such as room service and laundry. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.
